One Day Registration: Includes a one-day registration to the conference, badge, final program, all sessions on the day of registration, entry into the exhibit hall, and SIIM 2009 scientific abstracts. Application for SIIM membership may be added for full access to online meeting resources (presentations and podcasts) published after the meeting.

SIIM Resident/Full-Time Student Member Registration: For SIIM Resident/Full-Time Student members, meeting registration is complimentary. Documentation of full-time student status is required. All SIIM Resident/Full-Time Student members receive the full package of meeting materials.

Non-Member Resident/Full-Time Student Registration: Residents/Full-Time Students applying to be SIIM members at the 2009 annual meeting will receive complimentary meeting registration as part of their annual membership. Documentation of full-time student status is required. All SIIM Resident/Student members receive the full package of meeting materials.

Spouse/Companion Rate: The registration fee for a Spouse/Companion is offered to any full-paying registrant for a fee of $50 and includes tickets to the opening and welcome receptions (breakfast and lunches during the meeting are restricted to paid attendees). One badge per registration will be given. The Spouse/Companion must not be a member, potential member, speaker, or guest. Access to the SIIM 2009 scientific abstracts is not included. Changes to these badges will not be allowed while on meeting site.
