To secure booth space at SIIM 2009, complete the SIIM 2009 Exhibit Space Application & Contract and return it to the SIIM office. Full payment must accompany the application and contract.

Booth Reduction & Cancellation |
The SIIM 2009 Rules & Regulations have been updated. Please note the changes to the rules & regulations addressing Subletting or Sharing of Booth Space (#13) and Booth Definitions (#14). The SIIM 2009 Rules & Regulations are a binding and integral part of your contract.

The deadline for 50% refund or reduction of exhibit space is March 4, 2009, and must be made in writing. If cancellation or reduction is requested after March 4, 2009, 100% of the exhibit booth fee will be retained. |
Exhibit Booth Assignments |
| To take advantage of the priority exhibitor booth assignment period, the Exhibit Space Application & Contract and full payment must be received by December 19, 2008. Assignments will be made on a first-come, first-served basis. You must be a SIIM 2008 exhibitor and/or a SIIM corporate member to be eligible to participate in the priority booth assignment period. New exhibitors will be assigned exhibit space beginning January 9, 2009, on a first-come, first-served basis. |
