| Certificates of Attendance will be available for Imaging Informatics Professionals to track continuing education eligibility requirements for the American Board of Imaging Informatics (ABII) for both the SIIM Annual Meeting Program and the Imaging Informatics Professional Bootcamp. |

| How to Obtain CME, CE, or MPCEC Credit and Certificates |
|
Attendees who wish to receive physician, technologist, or medical physicist credits or a certificate of attendance for ABII or MDCB must return a Verification of Attendance form (included with registration materials or downloaded from SIIM 2009 website) to the main registration desk onsite at the conclusion of the meeting, or sent to the SIIM office within two weeks following the meeting.
Physician CME certificates may be obtained on the SIR CME website beginning August 3, 2009.
Medical Physicist MPCEC transcripts may be obtained on the AAPM/CAMPEP website beginning August 3, 2009.
Technologist, Dosimetrist, and IIP continuing education credit certificates will be mailed from the SIIM office to the address the attendee submitted on their SIIM 2009 meeting registration form. Please allow up to 12 weeks for receipt of certificate. |
